Year End Information
Here is some important information for you as we look to the end of June.
Our last day of online classes for our students will be June 22, 2020. We ask that school chromebooks and chargers be returned beginning on Tuesday, June 23, 2020. We will be using the same schedule as we did for supply pick up. Please see the schedule below:
Tuesday, June 23, 2020
9:00 am to 11:30 am - Last names beginning with A to D
12:30 pm to 3:00 pm - Last names beginning with E to L
Wednesday, June 24, 2020
9:00 am to 11:30 am - last names beginning with M to R
12:30 pm to 3:00 pm - last names beginning S to Z
Thursday, June 25, 2020
9:00 am to 10:30 am, 11:00 am to 12:30 pm, or 1:00 pm to 2:30 pm. These pick up time slots are available to those parents who were unable to make the earlier times.
We are also wanting to have a chance to say "have a great summer" and "see you soon" to our families on Friday, June 26th from 9:30-11:45am. This will take the form of a drive through parade through the school parking lot. We would ask that families stay in their vehicles and have the students sit on the passenger side of the car so we can wave to them as you go through.
Year end packages will be distributed to our families on Monday, June 29 from 9:00am-12:30pm. There will be a table set up in the front foyer. If year end packages are not picked up by 12:30 they will be mailed to families.
All social distancing rules will apply throughout all the above processes.
Thank you for your positive collaboration and cooperation throughout this process. If you have any questions please give us a call at the school!
